IN THIS LESSON
The general form of a Resonant Attention healing session is pretty straight forward. We just pay attention somewhere, allow, and let the body do its good work. But healing is an art and there can be a lot of choice points. So I'm providing the general outline here for clarity:
1) Say a prayer.
2) Find a place to pay attention.
3) Simultaneously hold that attention on that location or issue while we activate our allow mode.
4) The body takes over, slipping into processing the somatized trauma.
5) If the body doesn't begin to process then we can presume that we haven't resonated with the somatized trauma and try to become more specific about what might be there in the tissue. Or go back to step 2 and find a different place to pay attention.
6) Resolution - The body either wind down or move onto the next area for processing.
7) If the body winds down, then you can go back to the beginning and find a new place in which to hold attention + allowance.
We’ll go into each part in more depth in the following modules, but that’s the basic template.
In the next lesson, we'll look more closely at the opening prayer. Join me.
